As applicable, dealer agrees to electronically enter into a software licensing agreement with a jm&a approved provider that will allow dealer to provide vehicle data stickers for all vehicles in the program. By utilizing websites for which access is provided by fidelity warranty services, inc And its affiliated companies comprising the jm&a group (“jm&a”) (“websites”), you agree to assign users and limit access to the websites. Jm&a processes compensation payments via automated clearinghouse (ach), which includes payments for dealer programs
In order to receive your compensation payments, you will need to complete one ach form per payee. You take online privacy seriously and so does the jm&a group (which includes jim moran & associates, inc., fidelity warranty services, inc., fidelity insurance agency, century warranty services, and courtesy insurance company).
