The screen fades a bit, then at the top an uneven black line appears then spills down the rest of the screen like spilled black paint Then the screen goes black and 10 seconds later the tv comes back on Within 2 minutes the same thing happens. His suggestion after this was to ask your carrier to try and reinstate wifi calling or even turning it off, let you reboot your phone and get it back on If that doesn't work you'll have to try and clear the phone cache which gets a little more complicated I would try calling them first!
