Funny thing is that i can in fact see that my excel project in add/remove programs via control panel, but can't see my new excel tab when i launch excel I did a quick count and there are 21 which i don't or would not use. I have published the setup code to my local drive (visual studio 2010\projects\myexcelribbon3\myexcelribbon3\publish\) and was able to run the setup.exe file.
Control panel's add or remove programs (change or remove programs) only shows I have things like links to readme files, help files, etc Also, control panel's add or remove programs (add/remove windows components) provides no way to target those files
Ps the old pc crashed On the new computer, uninstall any office trial software from the computer (control panel, add/remove programs in xp and programs and features in vista and later) and any activation assistant found there If a retail purchase, put the cd/dvd into the drive, install and put the activation key in when asked. If you're seeing just the one entry in add/remove programs then your upgrade is working ok, the removepreviousversions part
However the vs 2008 upgrade is not the same as vs 2005. Hello, i have windows forms app C olleagues i want get list with all start up programs and after disable or enable I see many examples but nobody cant help me.
That fixed my agent crashes & h3viewer hangs The help system is now separate from vs So when you do a repair find the help viewer in add\remove programs Or look for help setup in the program files and run that
For sp1 the setup is c:\program files\microsoft help viewer\v1.0\microsoft help viewer 1.1\install.exe Remove startup programs from system registry ok i know i can use msconfig and windows defender to remove/disable startup programs But some programs on a computer have a mind of there own and keep reinitialsing every time i restart my computer. The metro look of all apps in windows 8.1 is very confusing and crowded
