When you sign up for a study, you will indicate which course you wish that credit to count towards Once you have created an account, you will be able to view current available research experiments and schedule appointments to participate in these experiments. This will insure that your instructors are given an accurate report of your subject pool credits earned.
As you venture deeper into your psychology studies, you may encounter sona systems, a powerful online tool used in research settings All psychology students who are not in introduction to psychology need to create their own sona systems account This platform provides you an avenue to participate in psychology research studies, often for course credit.
After you click on “request account” you will receive an email with your login information You will be assigned a randomly generated password You cannot change this password for security purposes Once you’re done, click on the request account button
Once access is granted, you will be sent a username and password to your student email Log in to the system Upon 1st sign in, there will be a short, mandatory, no credit demographic survey Go to my profile and change the password
